Reflections of the semester

This is my fifth semester at the University of Chile. This time I took 9 subjects; Violin, Chamber Music, English, Analysis, Music History, Training of Musicians, Music AdaptationWorkshop, Swimming and Musical Extracts. Others activities I did this semester was playing at the "Valdivia's Chamber Orquestra" and travel to Berlin, Germany.

It was a very full semester for me. But I enjoyed it very much.
In the practical subjects I learned a lot. All teachers are so good. specially in violin and chamber music with teachers Rodrigo Pozo and Jorge Pepi. They are very didactic teachers.

I had to catch up with teorical subjects when I was in Berlin and Valdivia and that was a little stressful. I went to Germany to take violin lessons, and there really opened my mind in all sents, musically, personally and socially. I learned a lot of so many things there. And I went differents weeks to Valdivia to play at the Chamber Orquestra. I also learned a lot there, because it is a professional work.

There are two weeks left until the end of semester and I have several text I have to do yet.
In Violin Im going to play a Mozart Concerto number 5 and a Brhams Sonata number 1. I really love those pieces, I enjoy so much playing them and I'm excited to play them, I really want to.
In Musical Extracts, I hace to play an extract of the symphony number 39 of Mozart. It is a typical competition extract, so I have to study it a lot with all my patience.
In Chamber Music, with my group we are going to play a Mozart quartet.
In my teorics subjects I have to deliver written works.

I think it was a different semester, because of my trips to Valdivia and Berlin. I really loved this semester. I learned a lot of musical and life things.
I'm motivated to continue the semester!!!
