My best friend
My best friend is called Paulina Cortes.
We met at school "Larino Cordillera" when we was in 1st basic. At first we were not friends, but we started to go to a lot of school workshops like: chorus, swimming, rafting, and dance. And there began our friendship.
We were very naughty and we liked to laugh a lot! All days we sat together, we talked by phone every afretoon and some days I went to her house and she to mine. We were inseparables!!
In the first grade we changed of school together and we met other friends! But we have never separated. In 2016, we traveled together to New York and Toronto to study english, and we met lots of countrys, like Chicago, Philadelphia and Montreal. Our trip lasted 4 months.
We love to go to camping. We were scout for 10 years and we camp in southern Chile many times. We know how to build tables, kitchens, backpackers and we also learned to make fires.
Our friendship is funny, because ours familys are friends too. Her grandmother and my grandfather were colleagues, both teachers from the same school. Her aunt and my father are friends from the school. Her sister and my cousin are friends from the school too, and that's why our families are very close.
Her family has a house in Pica, Iquique. Since we were girls she invited me to travel there. And this year I went there with my father. It´s a beautiful and big house. The plot has a lot of trees with mango, berries, passion fruit, and oranges. We ate a lot!
I know we will be friends/sisters forever!!! I love her!
